"Spotlight on Success" features the outstanding accomplishments of faculty, staff, students and alumni of the College. 
“Spotlight on Success,” tells the stories of those at CPCC who have gone above and beyond to make a difference. The 30 minute show airs Fridays at 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

”The new recognition show is part of an effort at CPCC TV to increase our local programming and tell our story,” states David Rhew, station manager for CPCC TV. “Our College produces success stories every day, and we want to use our cable station to share those successes with the community.”

Telecourses are more accessible than ever!
CPCC TV continues to provide adult learners the opportunity to earn college credit through Telecourses.  While all Telecourse lessons continue to be shown on CPCC TV, some students find they live outside the viewing area, or want the flexibility of being able to view them on their computers.  Through a partnership with UNC-TV, students now have the option of purchasing online video streaming access to virtually all of our Telecourses. Students who choose this option are able to view lessons anytime, anywhere they have access to a broadband connection.  Students will continue to have the option of viewing lessons at each of CPCC's libraries, or renting them on VHS or DVD from a third party. 

Also, going forward, all Telecourses are "Teleweb" courses, meaning all courses have a companion web site containing all pertinent course information.  It also enables students to obtain and submit assignments online.  Obtaining full college credit via your TV and computer has never been more convenient!  Go to our Telecourse page for details.
