CPCC CLEP Registration Form
Please note this registration form is for testing at CPCC, only. All CLEP exams at CPCC are administered at the Central Campus Testing Center, Central High building room 248. You may click the Directions link for driving directions and parking information. To test at an alternate location, that location must be contacted separately.
CLEP Message Center: Please review the following carefully before you register… *It is each student's responsibility to understand their school's CLEP policy.*Exams begin promptly at stated time. Late arrivals may need to reschedule.*Effective July 1, 2008 CLEP exam fee will increase to $70. In order to test, you must bring: 1. $20 non-refundable CPCC administration fee. Visit Testing Center prior to paying fee.• Paid at the Central Campus Cashier’s Office, located across the hall from the Testing Center. • Made payable to CPCC. 2. $70 CLEP test fee.• Paid in Testing & Assessment Center.• Made payable to CLEP.• CLEP will ONLY accept check, money order, or credit card for test fee. NO CASH. 3. 2 forms of valid ID (one ID must contain a photo). Acceptable forms of primary identification include: -A current driver’s license -A current state or federal ID card -A current passport -A tribal ID card -A naturalization card or certificate of citizenship Acceptable forms of secondary identification include:-A current employee ID-A current student ID-A Social Security card-A military ID-An unused ID from the primary choices Please be prompt for your appointment. Late arrivals may need to reschedule. Please note the Cashier’s Office closes at 5pm. Plan to arrive early in order to pay the administration fee. If you need to cancel your appointment please contact the Testing Center AT LEAST 24 hours ahead of time.
