Leadership Academy
The Student Leadership Academy is a selective student leadership program that provides students with valuable personal growth, leadership and career development through experiential learning.
It can enhance your academic training in the classroom and promote learning through interactive leadership training sessions, retreats, career development, and campus and/or community involvement.

This year's Academy will be offered in 3 tracks:
| Track 1: Personal Development | Track 1 seminars are designed to help a student explore their own personal leadership style and build basic leadership skills. There are 5 workshops in this track. Students who complete this track receive a certificate of completion. |
| Track 2: Basic Leadership Development | Track 2 seminars are designed to develop leadership skills needed to work with student organizations or other groups of people. There are 8 workshops in this track. Students who complete this track receive a certificate of completion and a copy of a leadership transcript. These students also have the option to continue in the Academy through Track 3 completion. |
| Track 3: Advanced Leadership Development | Track 3 is designed for the student who is able to commit to advancing their own leadership development, or who may already hold a leadership position, and are also seeking a leadership position in their career field. There are 13 workshops in this track. Students who complete this track receive a certificate of completion, a copy of a leadership transcript, and a professional portfolio. |
To be eligible for the program, you must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours and maintain a 2.5 GPA.
During the course of the program, you will attend workshops on topics like:
