The CPCC Leaders' Institute is an exciting new format for leadership training at CPCC.  Selected individuals will participate in a two-year long program designed to provide examples of best practices that can be applied immediately, to focus on results and accountability, and to give hands-on projects and exercises. It is recommended for those already in supervisory positions or those who expect to assume supervisory roles in the future. Selection criteria include completion of the application, a narrative describing career goals, and a recommendation from your supervisor.  A selection committee reviews the applications and notifies those accepted. The applications are submitted to the Center for Leadership and Staff Development.
