Dr. Libby Vagnoni
Libby has worked at CPCC for nearly five years. During that time, she has held a number of positions including: CCE Coordinator, Teacher Education Coordinator, Cooperative Education Coordinator, and now Training and Development Coordinator. She says, “Having the chance to work in different departments and at different campuses has awarded me the opportunity to better understand the organization and interrelationships between and amongst departments.”
Libby enjoys reading books, gardening, boating on Lake Norman and spending time with family. She recently accomplished a life long goal and earned her Doctorate of Higher Education, Organizational Leadership. She is currently on the state board for the NC Business and Professional Women as well as past president for the Charlotte Business and Professional Women. She says, “I value family, friends, and integrity. Personally, I aspire to assist other people whenever possible.”
When asked about being a member of Professional Staff, she said she most enjoys “the opportunities to professionally and personally learn and grow from staff different than myself.”
