Cheryl enjoys golf, reading inspirational novels, NASCAR, basketball, football, traveling, boating, dancing and entertaining family and friends. She is a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and is a graduate of Fayetteville State University. Most of all, she enjoys helping people. She says “If there is anything I can share with people that will help them succeed in life, I will.”

As co-chair for the Professional Staff Welfare Committee, Cheryl wants to encourage Professional Staff to become more involved and informed of CPCC’s Mission and Vision. She also wants to encourage everyone to take advantage of the training and educational opportunities that CPCC has available for Professional Staff. She wants to continue to encourage support and increase participation in the Professional Staff Welfare Committee and College Senate.

The thing Cheryl enjoys most about being a member of Professional Staff is the opportunity it provides for professional networking. It provides an opportunity for her to understand what other professional staff members do here at CPCC.
