Recruitment and outreach services and activities are essential for promoting the College to prospective students. The purpose of these services is to inform, provide awareness, and help develop a level of preparedness for college-bound students. Current outreach and recruitment services include, but are not limited to:

• high school visits and presentations by a college representative to provide enrollment information to prospective students
• visits and presentations by a recruiter to nontraditional recruitment sites such as community organizations
• attendance and/or participation at parent-teacher nights, financial aid and college nights at local high schools
• participation in regional college fairs and local career days
• participation in special events at public venues such as open houses and employee benefits fairs
• postcards and letters to prospective students promoting registration, financial aid, student advising, and other services and functions to facilitate enrollment and attendance at CPCC
