A SPECIAL NIGHT FOR 5 OFF 5 ON PIT CREW EXCURSION

THIS EVENT IS FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY AND FREE. FULLY SPONSORED BY OUR PARTNERS AT PIT.

The menu consists of:

·        Chopped Pork BBQ

·        BBQ Chicken

·        Cole Slaw

·        Pickles

·        Potato salad

·        Baked Beans

·        Buns

·        Iced Tea and lemonade

We will cycle the groups through, with about 90 at a time seeing at theatre presentation, while 100 view a pit stop demo.

Basically, during all the activities food will also be served, so people will be eating, in the theatre and on pit road all at the same time. Prior to the event We will provide a detailed schedule for you in your conference Planner.

Transportation will be provided.
