Student broadcast emails
CPCC employees wishing to communicate marketing-related information to students should submit their requests to the Marketing Services mailbox communicator@cpcc.edu.
The submissions must be reviewed and approved by an appropriate managerial authority prior to being submitted to Community Relations and Marketing Services.
Submissions should be received by Marketing Services a minimum of one working day prior to the date that the email has been requested for transmission.
Submissions should be formatted according to the email template.
Marketing Services reserves the right to edit all submissions.
Submissions will be reviewed by the staff of Marketing Services. Submissions meeting the following editorial criteria will be considered for transmission:
- The submission must serve a function of notifying students of the College’s programs of study, services, and events for the purposes of promoting enrollment or increasing awareness.
- Submissions must be brief and succinct.
- Submissions must contain timely information that is actionable within a reasonable timeframe.
- The submission must contain specific information which may be used by the recipient to access the resource or services discussed in the body of the email.
- The submission must meet all applicable College policies.
