Downloadable software for students and faculty of the IT Dept.

 
MSDNAA Online Software System

ELMS for MSDNAA is an online software system where authorized students can download and access a wide range of Microsoft developer tools, servers, and platforms. There is no charge to download the software as long as you are an eligible user in the System. MSDNAA has added an option to the site for certain products which allows students to order a CD for a price.

Your university/college is licensed under the MSDN Academic Alliance Program which enables eligible students and faculty members to access software available under the Program. e-academy Inc., a partner of Microsoft, is providing ELMS for MSDNAA to you. Simply log into the System using your username and password, and start browsing/ordering the software available to you.

  • InfoPath2003 Visual Studio .NET Professional 2003 CD2 MELL - Developer Edition
  • One Note 2003 Visual Studio .NET Professional 2003 Prerequisite CD Map Point 2004 North America Setup Disc
  • Project 2003 Pro Windows 2000 Advanced Server with SP4 Map Point 2004 North America Run Disc
  • SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Windows 2000 Professional with SP4
  • Virtual PC 2004 Windows Server 2003 Enterprise
  • Visio 2003 Pro Windows XP Pro with SP1a


Accessing The System
Your username is your cpcc email address, formed by appending @email.cpcc.edu to the end of you SNAP / CPCC Login ID (e.g. cmx54d3f@email.cpcc.edu). Your password should have been emailed to your student email account (or forwarded if you have a forwarding address specified at mycollege.cpcc.edu). If you do not know your password, see the support section below.

Remember, by accessing the Microsoft software through this system you are stating that you are authorized, and are agreeing to comply with all usage guidelines.

Help Desk Support
Each title can only be downloaded once. If a session is disrupted during the download, the user's account will need to be reset in order to complete the download of that particular product. To obtain support for this specific issue, call the Help Desk at 330-5000.
All other support issues should be directed to the Elms system.

Elms Support
Elms provides a self-service tool to help students identify and troubleshoot problems. If you have any technical difficulties while downloading your software, please go to the support section in the website and click on Request Customer Support. Technical support will be provided by the MSDNAA Program Administrator at your school.

Lost Password
Go to the Login page at https://msdn03.e-academy.com/cpcc_it/index.cfm?loc=login/login.
You can request your password by clicking the link under 'Login Help' on the right hand side of the page.
