Class Rosters will be sent to insurance company by CPCC Contact Person - fill out form below
Roster Form - International Travel with Students
ID Cards will be issued by CPCC Contact Person to class instructor or student according to procedure.
Medical Assistance
Register with certificate number and name exactly as found on the Identification Card you received from Student Advisor or through the mail.
