Student Insurance

Student accident Insurance is required for specific classes and is paid for at the time of registration. If not registered for a class with required insurance, students who wish to purchase the accident insurance can do so at any cashier counter.
The following insurance plans are available for students to purchase:

• Student Accident Insurance

• North Carolina Community College Student Health Plan/Medical Hospitalization Group Plan

• Travel Abroad Accident Insurance

Medical Hospitalization Group Plan is available to students enrolled for six or more credit hours. The group plan offers several benefit options depending on the needs of the student. Qualified students may directly contact the insurance provider.
