• To register for the event, e-mail trc@cpcc.edu. Include your school name, the name of the representative attending, a contact phone number.
• The fair will take place outdoors on the campus quad. 
• There is no fee for participation.
• Set-up is from 9:15 until 9:45. Tables, chairs, and tents will be provided.
• The quad is a WiFi area, but access to electricity is limited. Please let us know when you confirm your attendance if you need electricity.
• A hospitality room will be provided from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.
• In case of rain, the fair will take place in the Taylor Building gymnasium. (Building #16 on the campus map)
• Please bring promotional materials for the Transfer Resource Center library. We will collect them at the end of the fair.
• Parking will be provided in Visitor Lot #9, behind the Central High Building.
