What assistance is available online?

Online Advising can....    Provide information or referrals about College resources    Answer general academic advising questions    Provide information or referrals about general College policies and procedures

Online Advising cannot….    Provide personal counseling    Answer detailed questions about other areas of the College (ex. Financial Aid)    Complete program changes    Replace seeing a counselor or advisor for new students or students interested    in a Health Science program

     

 When you see the word LIVE flashing on the yellow icon, it means that a counselor is online and available to chat. To start the chat, click on the yellow icon, sign in using your CPCC Login account information and begin your session.
