When you see the word LIVE flashing on the yellow icon, it means that a counselor is online and available to chat. To start the chat, click on the yellow icon, sign in using your SNAP / CPCC Login account information and begin your session. If the icon is not flashing you may still sign in and leave an email message which will be answered within 24 hours when the College is open.
