When you get to the search page for positions that utilize the on-line application process (indicated below):

• Go to upper left hand corner of page to the "sign-in" link.
• Create a profile for yourself.
• In your profile page utilize the resume builder option to create your resume before you apply to any open positions!

By creating a profile you will be able to check the status of applications submitted, as well as save multiple versions of your resume and cover letter!
