This program will provide:

• Identity Monitoring
• Restoration Services
• Identity Theft Insurance up to $25,000
• Lost Credit Card Assistance Services
• Legal Care at Discounted Rates

Cost is $7.00 per month (12-month schedule), $8.40 per month (10-month schedule)

Eligibility: full-time and part-time employees, but payroll deductions are only available to full-time employees.
