How the Program Works
- Call 1-800-277-6901 and identify yourself as a CPCC employee BEFORE you contact any real estate company or agent.
- You will work with a counselor who will select the best real estate agent qualified to assist you with your specific needs in buying and/or selling.
- Once the sale and/or purchase of a residence is completed and a referral check is received, a check will be sent to CPCC.
- You and CPCC will receive cash back.
