Jessica Gerdes
Alumni Annual Campaign Donor
Jessica H. Gerdes ‘83
Jessica Gerdes ’83 recently reconnected with Central Piedmont Community College as an Alumni Annual Campaign donor.
In explaining why she became a donor to the 2006-2007 Alumni Annual Campaign, Jessica said: “I decided it was the only proper thing to do, to thank the school that launched my nursing career.”
Jessica is an enthusiastic supporter of Central Piedmont Community College and the solid education that she received in the LPN program... “[my instructors]taught me important and basic concepts in nursing that are still relevant today.”
A native of Charlotte, Jessica now lives in a suburb of Chicago, IL. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s of Science in Public Health Nursing. She is a certified school nurse in Illinois.
Today, Jessica is in a nursing management position. She values the lessons learned at CPCC and looks for those qualities when recommending nursing personnel for healthcare organizations.
Join Jessica and become a 2006-2007 Alumni Annual Campaign donor today. Share your pride in Central Piedmont Community College. Give Now to help support Central Piedmont Community College.
