Edgar A. Terrell, Jr. Endowed Scholarship
Eligibility criteria:Must have demonstrated academic achievement, a history of volunteer involvement in the community and financial need as determined by CPCC’s Financial Aid Dept.
Curriculum criteria:Must be enrolled in any engineering degree, diploma or certificate program.
Must be a full or part time student taking a minimum of 9 semester credit hours.
Other criteria:A 3.0 GPA is required to retain this scholarship.
  
Lawrence W. Crow Memorial Scholarship
Eligibility criteria: 
Curriculum criteria:To be given to students in Engineering with first preference given to students in Mechanical Engineering and second preference to students in Electrical Engineering

Kratt Scholarship
Eligibility criteria: 
Curriculum criteria:Preference given to students enrolled in Civil Engineering Program

NUCOR Scholarship
Eligibility criteria: Second year students in Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics Engineering (one student from each of these programs will be awarded this scholarship)
Curriculum criteria:Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics Engineering
Other criteria: Recipients will also be awarded an eight week, paid summer internship at a NUCOR plant.
  
Ben V. Martin/Shaw Scholarship
Eligibility criteria:Must be NC resident
Must be US citizen
Curriculum criteria:Degree seeking student in Engineering Technologies
Other criteria:None
  
Women in Electronics Scholarship
Eligibility criteria:Females only
Second-year student
Curriculum criteria:Must be full-time
Must maintain a 2.75 GPA
Must be majoring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or related electronics field

USS Charlotte Foundation Scholarship In Memory of Dr. Barry G. Miller
Eligibility criteria:Must be a second-year, full-time, Charlotte area student
Must be taking a minimum of 12 semester hours
Must have a current minimum GPA of 3.0
Must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or better
Curriculum criteria:Must be enrolled in the Electrical/Electronics Tech, Electrical Engineering Tech, Mechanical or Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering Tech Program

CIVIL ENGINEERING / SURVEYING TECHNOLOGY
Mecklenburg General Contractors Association Scholarship
Eligibility criteria:Must have earned at least 50 hours toward a degree in fields below
Must have at least one year remaining
Must be a second year student
Curriculum criteria:Must be full-time student in Civil Engineering or Survey Technology
Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA
Must show potential in engineering, construction or surveying
Other criteria:Must be a US citizen
  
American Society of Highway Engineers Scholarship
Eligibility criteria:Must be a full or part time student taking a minimum of 6 semester credit hours, Resident of North Carolina or South Carolina.
Curriculum criteria:Civil Engineering Technology
Other criteria:For Engineering program student expressing an interest in becoming a Transportation Engineer, or secondly, a Civil Engineer, Must be willing to attend one annual meeting of the American Society of Highway Engineers.
