College Transfer Scholarship
Purpose: A one-year $1,000 non-monetary merit based scholarship for recent high school graduates who are attending Central Piedmont Community College for the first time.
Allowable Fields of Study: Any two-year transfer program.

Criteria:
  • Minimum of 12 credit hours.
  • Applicant's high school academic performance of a C+ or better.
  • Demonstrated college potential and good citizenship.
  • Recommendation by high school counselor.
  • Attend pre-orientation program provided by CPCC prior to fall semester.
Renewal: Students completing 15 or more semester hours with a 2.5 GPA are eligible to apply for an Incentive Scholarship.
