Getting a Check

 

For all students...
First...
a. FA funds are applied to tuition and books.
b. Book charges are made.
Disbursal of checks...
c. Remaining funds will be mailed to the student on the designated distribution date each semester (usually within the first four weeks of class).
d. Checks are mailed to the current address. (To change your address, submit a Change of Address Form to Student Records.)

e. Any unclaimed checks written and not cashed, will be voided after ninety days.  Checks can only be reissued BEFORE August 1st for the prior fiscal year award (July 1st to June 30th).
