Applying Aid to Tuition & Books

 

Aid covers full tuition...
First...
a. FA will be credited to your account and applied toward your tuition for the semester.
After aid is awarded...
b. It is not required to contact the Cashier's Office.
To charge books...
c. Take CPCC ID to the Follett Bookstore during the posted dates.
d. If the books you need have been ordered and are not in the Bookstore, you may be able to pre-charge your book during the first five days of class.
e. No book charges are allowed after...
i. The 5th day of class for 16-week classes.
ii. The 2nd day of 8-week sessions.

OR
Aid does not cover full tuition...
First...

a. FA will be credited to your account and applied toward your tuition for the semester

b. Bookstore charges will be the student's responsibility.

After aid is awarded...
c. Contact the Cashier's Office concerning your tuition.
Classes are purged if...

d. Tuition payment is not made OR a payment plan has not been pre-approved.

**The amount on your award letter and WebAdvisor are based on full-time enrollment (12 or more credit hours).  If you are enrolled less than full-time, your semester award will be adjusted accordingly.**
