Step 1 |
Request an online account if you do not already have a UserID and password: http://www.cpcc.edu/itservices/network/ |
| |
|
This is a two-part process: once you've submitted your online request, someone in your division must confirm that you have an active contract with the College. Check with your Program Chair, division director, or division secretary. |
| |
|
|
| |
Step 2a |
Request that your course(s) be coded so that an LMS shell (empty course website) will be automatically created overnight, i.e., appropriate codes will be WB, HY, TW, or IN. Check with your Program Chair or division director. |
| |
Step 2b |
If course shells are not available, request a master course in which to develop your content and which you will copy into your course shell once it's generated. |
| |
|
|
| |
Step 3 |
Learn how to develop your course website and to teach effectively in an online environment |
| |
|
Quick Course Website: 1 - 2 hrs. depending upon your existing computer and Internet skills |
| |
|
