How do I edit the guest access settings of my course?

CPCC's Blackboard server does not currently allow guest access to its catalog of courses. Though the settings do display in some areas of the content editor and control panel, they have no impact on who can acess your course. Only system administrators, the instructor, and students enrolled in the course will be able to access an online classrooms.
