Within the Control Panel of the course you wish to copy (source course):
    Course Options/Course Copy/Copy into an existing course

    Destination course ID (enter in this format:  2007_sp_eng_111_83)

    Check all of the boxes if you want to copy the entire course
    Check selected boxes if you wish to copy specific course content, e.g., tests

    Click Submit.

You will get a confirmation message indicating that your course copy request is in the Blackbord copy queue.  Depending on how many requests have been submitted, your copy will be completed within 10 min. to overnight.

When the copy is complete you will be sent an email.

NOTE:  you may wish to remove unused course menu items from your new shells BEFORE you copy in your course content.  It may be easier than removing empty menu items afterwards.
