Classroom Announcement for Notetakers

Central Piedmont Community College provides notetaking services to students with disabilities. These students may be deaf, hard of hearing, visually impaired, or have a writing disorder.

A student who is registered in the class needs your assistance in obtaining a notetaker. Please advise the class that:

• Someone in the class needs a notetaker.
• Interested persons can go to the Office of Disability Services in Terrell 219 or call 704.330.6621 for additional information.
• The contract must be signed by the notetaker and Disability Services.
