Summer Jobs
The Cooperative Education Office has many positions currently available to CPCC Cooperative Education students interested in an internship or Summer Placement. You may want to check with the Co-op Office and review our job listings to remain updated on new positions.

Career Related Internships
An internship is an opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a student's area of academic study or in other fields of career interest. An internship is usually non-paid, therefore somewhat different from our regular Co-op Program. Most internships available through the Co-op Program are either 10 hours a week or 20 hours a week for one semester duration. This provides the students with the opportunity to work for a variety of employers. Students earn academic credit and must meet the minimum Co-op requirements.

The Cooperative Education Office maintains listings of career internship opportunities in many fields.

Work/Study Abroad / International Experiences

The Cooperative Education Office is currently advertising opportunities abroad for CPCC students. Students are provided with language study and a co-op internship in business or industry. Since all positions require that the work/study experience be directly related to the students career goals, Cooperative Education academic credit may be earned. Most of these programs pay for the students travel, tuition, and provide room and board. Usually students will provide their own spending money.
