NC Project Ideal

Project Ideal is a national consortium of states designed to promote and research distance learning in Adult Education programs. North Carolina was the first Project Ideal member to develop distance learning with ESL, using Crossroads Café as their model distance learning program. Through Project Ideal, over 35 programs have been trained in delivering ESL at a distance.
