The security officer who answers your call is trained in handling emergencies. When calling be prepared to

• Give your location.
• Describe the nature of the emergency.
• If possible, stay on the phone until the dispatcher tells you to hang up.

The security officer at this central number will dispatch the nearest security officer or additional help — first aid, fire protection or police — to assist you.
