At the Harper Campus, students will find highly-qualified professionals ready to assist them with counseling, advising, financial aid information, and a variety of support services to ensure that their educational experience is successful. Upon entering the classroom, students will meet instructors who are well educated and have outstanding hands-on experience with the current technologies. Our instructors pride themselves in being student centered in their approach to teaching and ensuring that students are given opportunities to succeed. Our programs are designed to prepare students to get jobs in growing, dynamic industries, or to continue their education at other community colleges or universities.

Teaching labs at the Harper Campus are equipped with some of the best equipment available in the industries we serve. In our disciplines, students will get real-world, hands-on training and practical job experience at the Harper Campus. Among the disciplines offered at the campus are A dvertising, Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Flexography, Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration, Computer Engineering Technology, Computer Information Systems, Electrical and Electronics, Welding Technology, and the Construction Institute. There are general education classes like English, Math, Reading, Communications, Sociology and History and pre-college programs like English as a Second Language (ESL), Adult Basic Literacy Program (ABLE) and General Education Development (GED).
