Thank you, Employee Health and Fitness Day Volunteers, Exhibitors and Participants! The Be Well and Spirit Committees would like to thank the many volunteers and exhibitors that made the CPCC Employee Health and Fitness Day a success. Whether you helped with setting up, registering, greeting exhibitors, serving snacks, or you took a deeper role, we are grateful to the following services, programs, and employees:

Mark your calendar, CPCC Second-Annual Employee Health and Fitness Day event is scheduled for Thursday, May 15 from 11:00am to 1:00pm in Taylor Hall on our Central Campus. Last year, over 200 employees attended and this year we are expecting over 250 employees. The main purpose of the event will mirror the success of last year - a festive, non-competitive series of health and fitness events with over 20 community health and fitness exhibitors, and 20 hands-on fitness events. In addition, the Senate Spirit committee will provide a variety of nutritious healthy snacks and Coca-Cola will provide healthy alternative drinks for all participants. 

Follow these 6 easy steps to make the most of your experience at the EHF Day:
1. Download the official EHF Itinerary listing the location and times of the events, fitness activities, and exhibitors.

2. Register on LearnerWeb.

3. Earn one-hour PD credit by participating in one of the fitness activities, interacting with exhibitors, and then completing the event survey.

4. Partake in the EHF Day group photo at 12:50.

5. Wear your Spirit t- shirt.

6. Bring your lunch and co-workers.
