On Saturday, April 26, runners, walkers and Central Piedmont Community College enthusiasts will gather to participate in the 13th annual Charlotte Skyline Run in downtown Charlotte. The McGarry 5K Run, the 5K Walk for Health, the 5K Wheelchair and 5K Baby Jogger events begin at 8:00 a.m. The event is presented by the Charlotte Business Journal.

The race kicks off at CPCC and travels along Independence Park in to the historic neighborhood of Elizabeth and returns towards uptown. Entry fee for participation is $18 (pre-registration, postmarked by April 14) and $18 online through midnight April 26. Late registration in person at Run for Your Life is $20 and Race Day registration on-site is $25. Registration for the one-half mile Family Fun Run is $8.
