The CPCC Cato Campus was cleared for opening today at 10 a.m. All classes have resumed.

This morning, a suspicious package was found at the Grier Road entrance to the CPCC Cato Campus, and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department was contacted. CMPD searched the package and found no explosive devices. After the building and grounds were searched, CMPD determined that the campus was clear and could re-open for classes.
